Zoomcar India Pvt Ltd - overcharge

I have booked a Zoomcar with order ID JPS*BYSIF on **th May **** at *:** PM which was delivered to me at ** PM. On **th May a breakdown happened at Medak, Telangana on ** May **** at * AM. The place is *** KMs from Hyderabad. I have reported breakdown on **th * AM Where we are instructed to wait for towing van as option for repairing was not available nearby. We were Stranded with the broke down car for nearly * Hrs. Every time we call Zoomcar their timing for towing van arrival changes and it gets delayed. Finally the towing vehicle arrived and vehicle was taken away. Later when i checked my zoomcar application they have charged me Rs****/- as late fee and Rs**,***/- as vehicle damage fee. I am cheated, Harassed and forced to pay the amount they have demanded without any proper justification.
