Good evening sir/mam,

I'm JAGADEESAN M from Chennai. I'm purchased REVOLT RV *** bike in M.M ECO MOTORS (JEEVAS COMMUNICATIONS), Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamilnadu. That dealer sales executive telling RV *** price is Rs.******/-. I'm asking please give the RV *** bike quotation, than i will pay the money. He is telling quotation is not manual so I'm send to the mail. So I'm pay the money, than I'm leaved. ** days still no quote sent to me, so directly I'm going to show room ask the quotation, he telling you go I'm send the mail. I don't agree i waited there for some time, then he gave tha quotation. I was shocked when I saw the quote, why the cost of accessory was Rs.****/- and when I asked why the cost of accessory was Rs.****/-, they told me that it was the price of mandatory accessory (example- HELMET, SAREE GUARD, SIDE STAND, SEAT COVERS(company fitted cover), Ext..), Not only that They put others amount Rs.****/- as they telling handling charges (I'm asking explain what handling charges, he telling i don't know company said so dealer add other amount Rs.****/-) and bike insurance actual amount was only Rs.****/- but they had put Rs.****/-. The RTO amount is Rs.**** only, but they put it as Rs. ****. So total Rs. ****/ only from me they have charged more, that staff telling we have no idea why they have charged, Only our manager knows the details, he is on today holiday, They said that they will contact you when they come tomorrow. But no one has contacted me so far. I have also inquired with the RTO office, Helmet is free or paid, officer telling Tamilnadu government ordered all new two wheeler purchased the dealer given helmet is free of cost, it will charged for helmet and collect over charge and extra amount, and I called the REVOLT customer care center and they said everything they did was fair, They justify everything in favor of the dealer. So You should give me proper justice.
