Campus shoes - Over a month refund not processed

I ordered two campus shoes. Delivered on **th jan and due to the small size returned the sams on **th jan. I was promised the refund will come to my account in ** days which has gone to over ** days. I have raised multiple complaint and also spoke to Ms Yashii the supervisor but they only harass you by making false promises. Ticket numbers are raised with no call from the customer care department. Jenny, then Arjun then Sakshi all these people working in CC department couldn't help. Below is the email we received from Ms. Yashii assuring the amount will be credited by Monday ie *th Feb before *pm and also assuring that she will also follow up by calling. Neither the amount was refunded nor did she made efforts to call. This is how CAMPUS shoes is working and paying these people for of no good help. They dont have zeal to work either.

They have not only mentally tortured us but financially also. They should compensate us for the time and energy we are utilizing here to call them, emails them and so on. I would never recommend anyone to buy campus shoes
