I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I’ve had regarding my unresolved issue. Despite receiving the same email multiple times, there has been no actual resolution. I have already discussed the matter in detail with your customer care executive, Mr. Deepak, but unfortunately, he has been unable to provide any effective support.

I have been repeatedly told that the product pickup will happen within ** hours, but that timeline has come and gone with no action taken. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal action.

Your lack of accountability and non-responsive behavior — both on call and over email — is unacceptable. The poor product quality coupled with zero customer support has left me with a very negative impression of Campus.

This has been a third-class experience, and I will be strongly advising everyone in my circle not to purchase any Campus product.
