Zunroof Tech Private Limited - Over 1 year i signed up and paid Lakhs but still nothing delivered nor refund is being processed

I had signed up for *mw solar panel deployment **-Aug****. The sales engineer had said it may take *-* months to get permission and deployment. The payment terms were spilt in phases. The initial amount was ***** for getting permission from Bescom, after that they demanded i pay ******, which i paid on **Sept****. But since then there is no progress. Everytime I ask them to cancell and refund full amount as the delay is from their side they keep giving excuses that bescom is delaying and they are awaiting empanelled list of equipment. Now i don't think they are telling the truth nor are capable of completing solar projects in Bangalore. I want full refund of Rs****** which i paid them and need to get out of this harassment. Had they completed the project in * months by now i world have saved Rs***** , in electricity bills. This company seems to be fake and incapable of completing projects. They don't even respond everyone one had to complain on their WhatsApp channel which gives standard replies. I have written several emails asking for full refund and the company keeps replying with blames on bescom.
Please help get my money back.
