Zunroof Tech Private Limited - No proper response and fulfillment of committed dates of completion of project

Even after ***% payment of quoted price for the solar project, till now there is no delivery of solar panels and hence no installation of solar panels. First installment paid on Feb **** (INR *****/-) Second installment paid on ** Jun **** (INR *****/-) but till now there is no delivery of panels and no confirmed date of completion of the project. I called Zunroof customer care more than ** times and every time response was, it will be delivered in *- weeks and complete the installation in * weeks. But already * months over and no progress at all. So I demand for refund of my money with penalty to go for other service providers. I sincere suggestion to all that never trust these Zunroof company. This is my personal experience.
