Sherbahadur Singh filed complaint against SBI Credit card on Aug 5, 2020
Hi this is happened one year before in april-** i was in emergency and took amount from my credit card that time outstanding amount was **k aprx i called to customer care to get this amount into Easy emi so i can make the payment. But they denied and then i ask them for settlement they denied again.
i fought for next few month and after that they have been charged me and now they make the bills of *lkh rs and now they have sent me a legal notice.
From last few months i got the calls from the recovery agents and i sent email to their nodal officer i called them many time for the instalment but they never help me.
now when i don't have job i loose this job due to covid-** and hardly earn to feed my family they ask me to pay the whole amount.
