Mobikwik App - OTP Fraud on Mobikwik app

UPI FRAUD AT *.** PM DT **/*/**** There was a fraud done on my
account on Sunday afternoon at *** pm I have immediately raised ticket no ******** with Mobikwik but they responded on **th January with the details that I should reach out to Police which I already did. I shared the details of the FIR with them but today they have have sent me the bill asking to make payment in * working days My account is disabled since the incident happened To summarise my issue I received a call from a blue tick number which showed MOBIKWIK SUPPORT The call came in * times *st call I missed *nd and *rd one there was no sound and I could only hear my voice echo
On the *th call I could hear an IVR telling me that the utility bills I paid at around * am on **th January didnt go through and I need to reverify the transaction through the OTP that I will receive from Mobikwik As soon as I entered the OTP received from Mobikwik on the IVR
the next moment I received an SMS that Transaction No *********** for
Rs ***** done for Gamerxcodes has succeeded Team PayU In a span of a minute I received ** messages * from KreditBee ** from APNATIME * from SNAPDEAL * from UNACADEMY * from MYJAR ** from ONESCORE * from DEALSHARE * from ONEMONEY I have not heard of
any of these apps other than Snapdeal I immediately realised that there is
something fishy and reported it to MOBIKWIK through the help centre on the Mobikwik application Attached are the screenshots
