Otipy suspended its operations over * months ago, yet they have failed to refund my unused wallet balance of Rs. **** (plus Rs. ** in rewards). I am particularly concerned because this recharge was made just days before the shutdown, at the specific suggestion of their customer care team citing 'exciting offers.' I request immediate assistance in recovering these funds.
