Otipy crofarm - My Wallet Money Is not getting refunded

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding non-delivery of services and non-refund of my money by Otipy crofarm.
In May ****, I added an amount of ₹**** to my Otipy wallet for purchasing a monthly subscription of coconut water to be delivered to my home. However, since the date of payment:
• No coconut water was delivered even once
• The subscription service was never initiated
• The wallet balance of ₹**** has not been refunded back to my original source of payment
Despite multiple follow-ups with their customer support team through calls and emails, I have not received any resolution, refund, or clear communication. The application has since stopped services, and customer support has become unresponsive.
This clearly amounts to:
• Deficiency of service
• Non-delivery after accepting advance payment
