I have done one order approx. ** days back and it was not delivered as told the order was cancelled by restaurant. Then I did ask for my refund and food panda support told me that will be credited with in ** days but still not getting in my account.
Today I again place a order but again it was cancelled and again my money has been stucked.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
