Zara Intidex - Orders incorrectly marked delivered and few order partially delivered

I had placed quite a lot of orders on Zara during the sale. I had clearly mentioned my address at the time of placing the orders. However, the delivery was attempted when I wasn't at home and I clearly requested for reschedule as it was quite expensive and a lot of my hard earned money was involved. But the delivery agent left a few of the boxes with at building office and some of the boxes were misplaced or stolen or incorrectly marked delivered. When I returned home after two days, my building security guard informed me that there were some boxes to collect. When I went to pick them up, I found that they were torn and damaged and repacked by the courier with brown tape. I then found that quite a few items were also missing from three boxes. I tried raising this concern with Zara via X, chat support and helpline number, but they're not willing to help or at the very least even hear my concern. Their customer support is so pathetic that they either don't respond to my DM or Tweet on X or just abruptly end the chat or disconnect the call once they figure out that it's a complex issue. I am extremely distressed and worried at this point because a lot of money is involved and I haven't received the service that I have paid for. Please help me resolve this issue.
