I have ordered Customized Chelsea Jersey on **th January, **** via online payment. Order Number is #*****. It has been written it will be delivered with * days. But it is not yet delivered and trying contacting them, not answering to calls and not reverting to emails.
I need a response to this. As to why they are not reverting and I want my refund.
