Pepperfry furniture - Ordered King size bed with box storage on pepperfry but received the storage without bottom which is

I placed an order from Kamla Nagar pepperfry showroom. Where we saw this bed & nowhere on the website it was shown that the box storage bottom is touching the floor.There was no pictorial representation of the storage bottom which is not standard in all the beds.
Usually every bed storage from inside is * to * inches above from the floor but the assembly guy has told us that this is the floor touching model from inside.also there was no representation of the image showing that the inside box storage bottom sheets will be loose & lying on the floor.So this is a complete mistake from your side as there is no representation or mention of the box storage bottom is touching the ground as it is loosely lying.Hense I request you to kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.as it was urgent purchase for my home shifting & relocation and I need a proper solution from your side as I can't accept this kind of bed where a box storage covering from all sides was my main requirement while purchasing. While the customer care denied any return or refund whereas it's case of complete ignorance of what is being sold having incomplete details mentioned.
