BANSI LAL DHAR filed complaint against Jt Store on Mar 30, 2019
An order for Philips steam iron GC**** was placed under order No ******* with JT store against payment of Rs. *** on the **rd of March **. Till today I have neither received the product nor any refund.
I made a number of calls and sent the number of emails but no response. What I have received are only ** ticket numbers. I have made a complaint with the crime branch of JK police and SP crime branch Jammu and Kashmir. The police have sent a number of emails and he too has not been provided with an update.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
