I have ordered * embroidery sarees at JT store website vide order No.#****** on **.**.**** by payment of ***/- through online. Till date they have not delivered material or either they have cancelled my order and refunded money in spite of repeated request. My login account is blocked by them at JT store and they are not responding.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
