Amazon sent me an empty box instead of the item which I've ordered. Upon asking for a replacement or a refund, they are not willing to give any. I've called them thrice and still saying they've sent the item, but I didn't get the item. They just told me to do anything but we don't process any refund or replacement.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
