ordered cortina brown velvet curtains set of *, missing item from package, inspite of * I have received only * curtain, I have requested for return and it has got approval, till now no one has come to take the return, it has been **days the package has arrived, on **th of October the product has arrived, till now the package is with me, everyday I call customer service they say within **hrs issue will be resolved, it has been a month, till now issue is not resolved, Myntra has taken a toll on my mental health, making customer suffer, they are mentally harrassing me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
