Dear Customer Support Team,

I am writing to you regarding my recent order with Order ID: MCC-*******.

I wanted to order a back cover for the "Samsung Galaxy S** Ultra", but by mistake, I selected and ordered the cover for the normal "Samsung Galaxy S**" model.

Since the normal S** cover will not fit my S** Ultra device, I request you to please take the following action

please cancel it immediately so I can place a new order (or modify it to the S** Ultra model if possible).

Please look into this urgently and confirm the cancellation/modification.

Still after cancellation of order refund has not been received in my account ,kindly update when I will get my refund of Rs ***.**/-
