Million Cases - No refund no replacement

I ordered prepaid iphone ** pro max back cover from MILLION CASES website worth Rs ***, but i returned it and mailed them saying that i need another cover for s** ultra instead which was of Rs ****, first they replied on mail that we dont give refunds instead of that u get your money as credits on their website, so i told them to send s** ultra cover and i will pay Rs *** at time of delivery, they agreed to it but after that they neither placed any order nor replying to my mails, even i called on their toll free number but nobody is answering, please solve this issue to get my money back or else i get my selected s** ultra cover.
