I had ordered a faux leather bag combo from MeFashionista website. order no is ***** , order date **.**.**, amount paid by credit card Rs.****. The guaranteed delivery was within **st Dec. There is no tracking system and the last mail received from them on **st Dec was "in transit". Since then, I have posted complaints on their chat site, as also written to them on email but have received no response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
