I have ordered "on **th December.****
Order ID: #*****
The order shows last status of **rd December as "Consignment In Transit".
Their delivery Q&A section mentions *-* working days.
We tried to contact them in multiple ways,
*. First we tried to send them emails, we tried persistently sending them emails for several times, we didn't received any response from them.
*. Then we tried to send our order details to their chatbot, but we didn't receive any response there as well.
*. We tried to contact them via "Contact Us" section via an enquiry with all details and there also we didn't get any response. https://www.mefashionista.com/index.php?route=information/contact
*. There is no complaint section on their website
*. There is no "Cancel Order" option on their website.
Basically we are stuck and lost around **** Rs on this website and no one from this website is responding to us.
Please anyone knows how to get it solved?
