I had ordered * products on ** August, **** at around **:** AM on Flipkart merchant websites. Order names are as follows : *) Vega Crux Open Face Helmet for Rs ***, (*) Probus **v High Power Car Vaccum Cleaner for Rs **** (*) Probus Car Mobile Holder for Rs ***
All these products were available on Flipkart while I was placing order. So, I have ordered and paid for the same total amount Rs **** from my hdfc debit card. Even i got confirmation tjat your order had been placed and amount has been deducted from your bank account. But on the next morning I received a message that all these * items are cancelled by the seller on the ground that there is no stock available.
My complain is that if the stock was not available at the time of order then why flipkart didn't mention it. I wouldn't have wasted my time and bucks in placing these orders. Please refund my money early as possible as well as compensate for the loss of time and money I have spent and the misery I am going through.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
