zapvi in - Ordered an product but didn t have any update

I have order an product but it does not show any details of my order on track details and its been already *-* days. I had ordered an mobile cover from zapvi site, I received an confirmation message of order placed and order number, but as i enter the order number to track order it show no order found. They even don’t reply on mail and there mobile number is always switched off.
