Myntra India - Ordered a product twice in three months and the same was returned to origin twice

I have ordered Puma Unisex Red Secundra Ferrari Messenger Bag on **.**.**** vide Myntra order no *******-*******-******* which was supposed to be delivered by GATI Hajmat courier,but got returned to origin after a long wait,they didn't even bother to call us or deliver our product.I wanted the product so much that I ordered it again on ** June vide Myntra Order number *******-*******-*******.Again the order was supposed to be delivered by GATI Haat courier vide docket no ********* by **th July.Now,the product reached destination on **th July but they made no attempts of delivery,nor did they call us.But on tracking the docket number,it shows attempts of delivery * times on **th & **th July stating that concerned customer not available,which is a false statement.Again on **th July it shows undelivered due to customer rescheduled delivery,which is again false status.Meanwhile I have lodged a complaint regarding non-delivery of order at Myntra customer care vide reference no ******-******,wherein I was assured that my problem will be solved within * working days.But I didn't got any update afterwards.This attitude of Myntra towards it's regular customers is not acceptable at all.I am really hurt and affected by their response and customer service.Kindly stop/bann Gati Hajmat from our Area, this courier service is useless.
