Flip kart e kart logistic - Ordered 2 product one product was missing

I ordered * product, glucose powder and Himalaya baby shampoo, it was COD, it got delivered on */**/****, the delivery boy came, he told to pay, i paid, then he gave only glucose powder in hand , he dint gave bill, and the package was broken, i told i ordered * product, he saw bill and said, it got mistake, i will bring your product, a day later i called he said, i am on the way, but he was not and started to ignore my calls, yesterday after calling soo many times he picked my call and said the product went missing, he will gpay me Rs. *** for that shampoo, since it was his mistake, he didn't checked properly the bill weather it is * product or *,and brought product for delivery , now he is not responding the call, and olso i haven't received the product or payment, its like a scam, i want customer service to take severe action on this issues, since it is showing very untrusted service.
