Flip kart e kart logistic - CONSUMER CORT COMPLAINT AGAINST DELIVERY PARTNER

I am writing to file a serious complaint against your delivery partner, Mr. Sanjay Solankar, regarding my order #OD****************** scheduled for delivery today.

At approximately *:** PM, I received a call from the delivery executive. He was not present at my delivery address but asked me to come forward and collect the order. I clearly informed him that I was not at home at that moment and requested him to deliver the package to the address mentioned in the order details. I had already provided my complete house number and confirmed that my sister was available at home to receive the parcel.

Despite this, he repeatedly insisted that we come outside and collect the package instead of delivering it to the specified address. Additionally, he behaved unprofessionally and used abusive language while speaking to my sister. This behavior is completely unacceptable and highly disappointing.

Furthermore, even though I was reachable on call and cooperative, the delivery executive canceled the order without my permission. This has caused significant inconvenience and distress.

I request the following actions:

*. A strict investigation into this matter.
*. Immediate action against the delivery partner for misconduct.
*. Reinstatement or proper resolution of my canceled order.
*. A written explanation regarding this incident.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the Consumer Court and pursue appropriate legal action.

I expect a prompt response and strict action at the earliest.
