Winni bakery cakes and flowers - Order was not delivered also not yet received refund

Place an order with additional charges to get the order delivered on a specific time slot which was promised.
When the order not delivered on the specified time i raised a query ,the Support team said your order was not processed only due to some issue and their was also no priory intimation , they got to know when i asked for order status .

Also i asked for refund on original payment mode they said it will take ** -** days , why so much of time to refund our own money even if it was their fault .

Still after more than ** day i have not received my refund .
