Flipkart - Order was cancelled without my concern

recently i moved to london,and last morning,*th of august, BST *.**am i placed an order as gift to someone over india on flipkart with my intrnational debit card which was on offer.the order was placed with in a moment and i got an email from their side confirming it.and the money was deductetd from my account with additional exchange rate from pound to indian rupee(order ID-OD******************).but suddenly after *-* hours i recived an email from their side,saying your refund has been processed.and i came to know that they cancelled my order without letting me know .but i have not recived the money yet in my bank.even i tried to contact them over customer support,and they said same,the order has been cancelled due to some unforseen reason,and advised me to place the order again.so concluding it,they advertise offer,and i placed order,they deducted money and again cancel on their own wish.and i have not recived the refund.and customer support suggesting me to place the order again with higher amount of money as it is no longer on offer.help me out.it is not about the money,its about the disappoinment they caused and they do not even want to realise it.
