I, Philip Sabu, placed an order for three T-shirts on the Kwabey website. The order bearing Order No. ******* was subsequently cancelled by the company without any fault on my part.
Following the cancellation, the refund amount was credited to my Kwabey wallet instead of being returned to my original payment method. However, whenever I attempt to use the wallet balance for a new purchase, the system displays a "Technical Wallet Error" message, making the refunded amount inaccessible.
Despite the amount being shown in the wallet, I have been deprived of the use of my money due to a technical issue on the company's side. This amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, causing inconvenience and financial loss to me as a consumer.
Therefore, I request the Consumer Commission to direct the company to refund the amount to my original payment method and take appropriate action against the company for the inconvenience caused.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
