Football Monk India - Order stuck in processing status

I placed an order from Footballmonk.in and it has been almost two weeks since I placed the order and also, the payment has been made online.
The order number is
****** but the order is not yet dispatched and the order status shows processing and they are not replying to any of my mails. Please help getting the refund back.
