I had placed an order from future group's My Central website on * January **** which was prepaid. There was absolutely no updates on my order even though I dropped mails and called multiple times for some updates.
I received the order on ** January ****.
Today is *st February **** and my order is still showing shipped on the website.
I cannot apply for return. I have dropped mail plenty of times they only ask me to wait * days to receive resolution. But absolutely no updates from their end. I have been reaching out for weeks but did not receive any resolution to my problems.
I feel cheated as if this continues I won't be able to return the product before return period is over. I feel like they are just stalling the customers and customer service is terrible. They are liars.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
