I ordered a product from mycentral.in on *th May amounting rs. **** and cancelled the same on **th May. It is over ** days now but I have not received my refund. The maximum deadline for refund mentioned in the website is * working days. I called their customer care number for more than ** times. Most of the times call does not connect and if connected then they hold the line and after sometime disconnect the call. Today on **rd May, **** they received my call atlast and again saying me to wait for another * days. Every time if they receive call they are telling me to wait more and more. They are not even giving me a tentative date for my refund. I also mailed them several times. No response. Please help me get my money.
