**Subject:** Complaint against KFC for non-delivery of order and no refund for over a month
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against KFC regarding my order which was not delivered but has been falsely marked as delivered in their system.

On ** March **** at around **:** PM, I received a message from KFC stating that my order was cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. However, in the KFC app, the same order is incorrectly marked as “Delivered,” even though I never received it.

I have been trying to contact KFC customer support for more than ** days through their app and other channels, but I have not received any proper response or resolution. This clearly shows negligence and poor customer service.
This situation amounts to:
* Deficiency in service
* Unfair trade practice
* Financial loss and mental harassment
I request:
*. Immediate full refund of ₹***.**
*. Compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused
*. Proper explanation for marking an undelivered order as delivered
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate the matter further through legal channels.
I request the concerned authority to take strict action and help resolve my issue at the earliest.
