KFC restaurant - No Refund

I placed an order with KFC on ** April ****, which was cancelled by KFC after a delay of nearly two hours. I was assured that the refund would be processed; however, more than a month has passed and I have not received it.
Despite multiple follow-ups with customer care and the restaurant, no resolution has been provided. This amounts to deficiency in service and unnecessary harassment.
I request immediate processing of my refund. Failing this, I reserve my right to seek appropriate legal remedies before the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
