I have ordered from snapdeal * sets of copper water bottles of which i received * damaged set so i placed an replacement query, the guy came to take the replacement but instead of taking * set he asked for the complete order as he said that they have the order for the complete replacement, but after that we received only * set despite of two and we are trying to contact snapdeal from that time but no revert from their side i have mailed them many times the total order was of rupees ****rs. The replacement guy handed the number JVLSD************ he said for any query related to the order you can use this number to resolve it. And the order number is ***********. Kindly help me to either get the replacement or the refund.
