Fathis Designer Studio Alapuzza - Order placed paid and not received

I had placed an order for a kurti with Fathis Designer Studio, Alappuzha on July **, made payment also(order Id *****). It's said in their website that the product will be delivered in ** days. It's almost * months now, I haven't still received my kurta. When I tried to reach out to them they not responding properly, I ordered it to wear for a function and I requested them to deliver it atleast by September *p and no reply, I asked for refund still no reply from their side. Finally I checked their review on Google and that's when I found out that this is their usual business, lots of their customers have complained the same thing. And the owner she is shamelessly posting new product videos on Instagram without clearing her pending orders and they accepting orders. I am fed up trying to contact them. I want compensation for wasting my time and resource.
