Hi, I placed an order with fathis designer studio, Alappuzha on February **th ****. I haven't received the product yet. I don't get any response from them. After a month they said that the material was damaged so I asked for another dress. They told me it will be dispatched within a week. If I contact them after a week they don't reply. so I texted them that I would file a complaint against them. Even after that i didn't get any reply. Last week they texted me saying that my order was dispatched. I asked them how to track my order. They replied "sorry mam we will dispatch on Monday". And then no reply. I feel like they tested me if I had filed a complaint already. It's frustrating to think that customers being belittled by this incompetent company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
