PASFAR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVA - Order placed at Cureka via Net Banking and money got deducted but order not Placed

I am trying to purchase a product from Cureka.com and paid for that via Net Banking. The money got deducted but the Order was not placed. Talked to bank and they told that the money has been payed to PASFAR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVA but Cureka Customer care saying that they have not received the money.
