Rs *** wrongly paid to Pasfar technologies Pvt Ltd by SBI internet banking on **th June, **** with reference no ***********GALHTDXY*. Reason is not known why amount is deducted. Infect it was available on BSNL recharge page. I thought Pasfar is collecting agency of recharge amount for BSNL recharge. Many times I tried to talk to customer care number by always it is switched off.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.

I have deposited amount of ****rs to AstroPay and directed to do payment with pasfar technologies pvt limited through INternet banking amount got debited but not credited in AstroPay wallet
