I recently ordered few items from urbanic..few i have kept anf few i want to return..from last * days i am teying to reach them..daily i am chatting with there customer care team to schedule a puck up..but no one is botheted..they always ask to wait for **hrs ..every morning i get a message that your order will be picked yoday and within * hr of receiving this message i again gets a message sorry unable to pick your order..today is the *th day the same is happening..when chatting with thete team they ask to wsit for ** hrs more..time od returning is ** days and * dsys are already passed..
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
