Meesho - order picked up but not refunded

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to request a refund for an order that has been pending for a long time. I would like to highlight the issue that I had placed an order for two products with the order IDs ************_* and ************_* for Rs. **** and Rs. **** respectively. Both the products were delivered to me in a single packet. However, upon opening the packet, I found that the items I had ordered were missing and incomplete. Therefore, I requested a return for the order, and it was picked up the next day by your courier partner.

However, I have only received a refund for one of the products, and the other product is showing that it has not been picked up. As both items were delivered to me in a single packet, it is not possible that one item has been picked up and the other has not. I have attached a picture of the packet cover that shows that both items were delivered to me in a single packet.

The courier for the order with the ID ************_* and its return tracking ID is R************FPL, and the courier for the order with the ID ************_* and its return tracking ID is R************FPL.

I request you to look into this matter and refund my amount of Rs. **** as I have already returned the item to your courier partner. I would appreciate a prompt response from your side.
