I have ordered one product through Meesho on *th June, **** around at **:** AM and my product was shipped on *th June at **:** PM via ShadowFax Courier Services.Meesho updated the status that estimated delivery on **th June. But in between my product has arrived at the final delivery station(Chennai_Nanganallur) on **th June itself and i got message like that my order will be delivered in * or * days.But still now i am not yet received my order. Even i have raised complaint with both Meesho and Shadowfax. I am not even got single acknowledgement.There is no response and no followup is done so far. Whenever i am asking about my order Meesho customer executive promising me that my order will be delivered today. They keep on saying this and no action taken till now. Shadowfax courier is not responding to my complaint. Its been almost * weeks since i ordered. I requesting you to look into this issue as an high priority and do the needful.

I was scammed with a parcel of ****/-. It was a cash on delivery order and my mother paid for the order thinking I ordered for it. I have the tracking and AWB number for the parcel.
