Shadowfax Courier Delivery Logistics - Always returned my order without any updates

Myself Mariya George.I am writing this e-mail to you for raising a complaint against shadowfax courier partner located in Nedumkandam Idukki district. The people who working there are so rude and tough,.So many times they returned my order without informing me.For that i called them and they said they can't deliver here..On the another day they delivered my prepaid order and they said cash on delivery orders are not possible here .At they very first time my neighbor is working there and he deliver my product and it was a cash on delivery order.,when I got the product at the same time I given money.* week before I ordered a product (same product they returned before without any updates to me) then I started tracking.They keep the thing *_* days there and they one of their staff called Anoop Anthrayose called me and told me to pay the cash on delivery product as prepaid order that means I can deliver my product after the amount paid to their google pay number ,I asked him why should I pay before I get the product, he said this is the new rule of the company,and he behavoured സോ rudely and at last i said to him please speak politely he said this is my style you can complain to any one or anywhere i cant bother.
