This is very unfortunate after all my trust and love in the brand being neglected and getting the lowest standard of service.
My Xiaomi adapter is not working any more cord issue, so I tried ordering it online it was out of stock for more than * weeks (how can this be taken so casually specially after the safety risk of users using non branded Xiaomi Adapter which is causing the heating issue with the phone and phone burning up ) Finally the stock was available and I did order it order number : **************** but after a week I got a call stating the product is out of stock and they will be cancelling the order (no choice was given to me)

So basically I am taking risk for more than a month even when I am ready to spend money for it.
Note : anything happens to me or my product due to usage of non branded charger is Xiaomi responsibility here after.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
