Pizza Hut - Order number
SUDHIR PARAMESWARAN filed complaint against Pizza Hut on May 11, 2023
Order number ******** ordered on **th may **** at * pm was to be delivered at *.** pm as per the app but seems at *.** pm I got a call from the store that the order is delayed and that it is been prepared and would be delivered soon. Post confirming the cancellation I called up the call Center to confirm the cancellation they said i would receive a call from the store. Post * pm I can see the status of the order shows delivered. The fact that I haven’t received the order and the store or Pizza Hut is fooling me.
Out of concern I taught of writing this mail to the company right away and informing that I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE ORDER NOR THE CANCELLATION REQUEST HAS BEEN NOTED NOR HAVE RECEIVED ANY UPDATE ON REFUND.
This is for your information and I am raising a concern with consumer forum on the forgery by your company.
