Placed an order for aquarium fishes in Dec **, **** based on an assurance that the order will be delivered in * days. However there has been no update from there side since then, while I have been following up ever since. They are neither delivering the order nor cancelling it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
