This online store fisheshop.com is a fraud website. They claim to have a support system in place but that is just a WhatsApp chat number on which nobody responds or, provides any kind of support.
I ordered for fishes and they delivered only half of the order. I kept following up with them again and again and they did not even care to respond.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
