I have order the cake on *.**.**** for mother's day and it was mentioned on website that it will be delivered to us on same day i.e **.**.**** befoe **.**pm it ls already **.**.**** today and the parcel is where we have got no idea there is no call no no mentioned where we can check the update since yesterday it is showing that the order it preparing. I want my refund as the cake was order for the occassion of mothers day wich has already gone.
Kindly do the needful.
