Asian Footwears Private Limited - Order Not Shipped False Delivery Promise No Customer Support and No Option to Cancel

I am filing this complaint regarding my recent order placed on **th November from Asian Footwears Website itself. At the time of checkout, the website clearly promised same-day shipping and delivery within *–* working days, which is the only reason I placed the order. I paid the full amount upfront, trusting the delivery timeline mentioned on their website.

However, today is **nd November, and my order status is still stuck at “Order Confirmed”. There has been no shipping update, no tracking information provided, and the product has not even left Delhi yet. I live in Surat, Gujarat, so it is impossible for me to receive the order in the promised timeframe.

I had ordered these shoes specifically because I have a marriage ceremony tomorrow, and I needed them urgently. Because of their failure to ship the product on time, I am now left in a difficult situation.

To make matters worse:

None of the customer support numbers work.

I have called **–** times in the last * hours, and every time I only hear an automated message saying, “All agents are busy, please call later.”

No one responds, no callback, no email reply, nothing at all.

Their website has no option to cancel the order, even though it has not been shipped yet.

I also mistakenly selected the wrong delivery address, but since there is no customer support, I could not even get the address corrected.

This lack of communication, false delivery promises, and complete unavailability of customer care is unacceptable. I feel cheated because the company took full payment upfront but did not provide any service or support afterward.

I am requesting the following:

Immediate cancellation of my order.

Full refund of the amount paid.

Written confirmation of the cancellation and refund timeline.

Action against the company for providing misleading delivery information and having non-functional customer support.

I have all the order details, invoice, and screenshots which I will attach to this complaint as proof.

Their unprofessional behaviour has caused me unnecessary stress at a very important time. I hope Voxya takes strict action and helps me get a resolution quickly.
